This was our first time selling a home and Ginny sat down with us and explained the entire process from beginning to end and answered every question we had. We were unsure of what we needed to do to prepare our home for sale. Having bought and sold ten houses in the past, by comparison, They are outstanding in every respect, To begin with, They helped us evaluate the market, prepare the house for showings (we only had two) and once the process began, stayed in close communication with us (always enough, never too much). Impressively, they engaged with all parties in a very professional and effective manner including the buyers agent, our attorney, on-site inspection professionals and anyone else involved in the process. All of this resulted in a very successful outcome.
